About Us

Launched in 2004, Klesis is a division of CommAsia Australia Pty Ltd, a Melbourne-based company founded, owned and operated by Christians. Spiritually nurtured among Churches of Christ (non-denominational), we are committed to proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ and upholding Scripture as the final authority for Christian teaching and daily living.

The Klesis Team
Jesamine Chin Jesamine Chin is Web Manager at Klesis. Jesamine is a partner in an IT Consulting firm. Jesamine graduated from Monash University with a BSc of Computer Science. She has worked in Singapore and Australia as an Oracle Developer, IT Project Manager and also an IT Business Analyst for clients.
Geoff Stevens Geoff Stevens is our Communications Manager. Queensland-born Geoff qualified as an electrical fitter and mechanic before graduating with a BSc from Oklahoma Christian College. He spent more than two decades as a manager in the computer industry and is now semi-retired.
Benny Tabalujan Benny Tabalujan is director of Klesis. Trained as a lawyer, he has worked in Melbourne, Hong Kong and Singapore. He is currently managing director of CommAsia Australia Pty Ltd and is an adjunct associate professor at the Melbourne Business School and Melbourne Law School at the University of Melbourne. Benny studied economics and law at Monash University and has a PhD from the University of Melbourne.

Advisory Board
Dale Hartman Dale Hartman is a minister and an elder at the Eastside Church of Christ, Midwest City, Oklahoma. He is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian College and obtained his MTh and MAR from Harding Graduate School of Religion. A former missionary for 12 years in Sydney, Dale also has an MA in ancient history from Macquarie University.
Debby King-Rowley Debby King-Rowley is principal of her own consulting firm and teaches in Change Management and Leadership programs for Duke University (USA) and a number of global companies. Debby is a graduate of David Lipscomb College and has a PhD in education from Florida State University. She was previously global Director of Executive Education at Motorola and General Manager of the Telstra Centre for Leadership.
Stephen Randall Stephen Randall was a longtime evangelist with the Canberra Church of Christ. A graduate of Macquarie School of Preaching, he also holds a BA in Communication and a Graduate Diploma in Adult Education and was, for several years, a church elder. Stephen is the founder and former editor of the popular Happenings newsletter - a role he undertook for two decades.
Alan Rowley Alan Rowley has over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management, both as a tertiary instructor and practitioner. He has particular expertise in designing and implementing performance management and talent management systems, organisational change programs and leadership development programs. His senior HR experience has been gained in Australia and the US with large high tech companies. Alan has a diploma in technology, a degree in business studies, and a graduate diploma in adult education.
